OVER 35 - men over 35, women of all ages


Registration Deadline - Sunday April 6th, 2025


Team Registration Fee - $400 per team (cash, checks or Venmo accepted)
*$50 off if registered by March 31st*
**$200 security deposit is required to secure team spot in the tournament.  Remaining balance MUST be paid at check-in before playing first game along with your team's roster & waiver forms**


Check-In - Saturday April 12th, 2025
1. Check-in will begin at 11 am at Ted Mack Field 1 under registration tent.     
2.Captain must have roster form filled out and signed by all players prior to first game.                   
3. Captain is responsible for collecting money and turning in the full remaining fee at check-in.
4. Captain must collect and turn in waiver & release of liability forms from each player.

TOURNAMENT AWARDS
OPEN Division Champion: $1,500 cash + $500 Award ($250 voucher for food & drinks at Booneshine Brewing + $250 in merchandise) 
SILVER Division Champion: $1,000 cash + $300 Award ($150 voucher for food & drinks at Booneshine Brewing + $150 in merchandise) 
OVER 35 Division Champion: $500 cash + $200 Award ($100 voucher for food & drinks at Booneshine Brewing + $100 in merchandise)
*Trophy and champion shirts given to each division champion*
