*Captains must register their team through link below BEFORE check-in*


Team Registration Fee - $400 per team (cash or checks accepted)
*$50 off if registered by April 5th*
**The FULL AMOUNT of the team registration fee is due at check in with your team's roster & waiver forms**
***Checks should be made out to High Country Soccer Association***


Check-In - Saturday April 20th, 2024
1. Check-in will begin at 8 am at Ted Mack Field 1 under registration tent.     
2.Captain must have roster form filled out and signed by all players prior to first game.                   
3. Captain is responsible for collecting money and turning in the full fee at check-in.
4. Captain must collect and turn in waiver & release of liability forms from each player.

TOURNAMENT AWARDS
OPEN Division Champion: $1,500 cash + $500 Award ($250 voucher for food & drinks at Booneshine Brewing + $250 in merchandise) 
SILVER Division Champion: $1,000 cash + $300 Award ($150 voucher for food & drinks at Booneshine Brewing + $150 in merchandise) 
OVER 35 Division Champion: $500 + $200 Award ($100 voucher for food & drinks at Booneshine Brewing + $100 in merchandise)
*Trophy and champion shirts given to each division champion*
