Lines of Communication for Asking Questions or Filing Complaints:
Should you have questions or concerns at anytime, we have specific lines of communication we ask you to follow. Always use the 24-hour rule when making a critical comment. Please address questions or concerns in the following order:
1.
Team Manager
- For questions about your player's team schedule, game logistics, travel, team social activities, team administration, etc.
2.
Coach
- For questions about your player's soccer development, on-field training, game preparations, game decisions, etc.
3.
Director of Coaching
- For questions not answered by your coach:
[email protected]
4.
Office Manager
- For general administrative questions:
[email protected]
5.
Executive Director
- For club policies and club-related issues:
[email protected]
There are many reasons why we ask you to follow these lines of communication. Generally, the team manager and coach will have the most specific information about your team and player and they should be the best and fastest way to have any concerns addressed. Contacting your coach also allows our coaching staff to continually improve at being able to deal with issues and concerns, which will ultimately make them a better coach. If you skip this step and contact the DOC, you will be asked to contact the coach first unless it is an extreme circumstance. The next contact would be with the DOC. Please observe the 24-hour rule (wait 24-hours before making a critical comment as emotions are high immediately after an incident).
